Intestinal Parasites and Worms
Parasites & Worms can be found in uncooked food, lakes, ponds, drinking water, etc. and when they enter a human host they can cause illness and disease. They range in sizes from tiny single-celled organisms to worms, which can be seen. According to the US Food Safety and Inspection Service, parasites are more and more frequently being identified as causes of food borne illness in the United States. They have become major causes of food and water based disease.
Parasites, worms and and other organisms find food and a place to live from other living organisms known as hosts. Parasites can start in an animal and move to humans. They can also move from one human to another and from humans to animals. Parasites and/or worms live and reproduce in the tissues and organs of their host.
Parasites and worms are many different sizes. They can be tiny microscopic organisms like a protozoa or a much larger one like a round or tape worm.
Our stool test checks for imbalances that can lead to parasites and worms including: Diemtamoeba fragilis, Blastocystis hominis, Giardia, Shigella, Cryptosporidium, Toxoplasma, Trichinella spiralis, Taenia solium (pork tapeworm), Ameba, & Roundworm.
Because our Stool test kit is the Home Test it is easy and convenient to do.
We have seen many stomach & intestinal conditions improve drastically after the proper protocol has been used. We suggest our parasite test kits to identify any nutritional imbalance that might have lead to a parasitic overgrowth.
Test for Candida / Yeast Test
Symptoms of Yeast or Candida Overgrowth can be gas, bloating, acid reflux, white coating on tongue, vaginal yeast, jock itch, itchy red skin, hair loss, weight loss or gain, depression, foggy brain, constant fatigue, painful joints, yellow or unhealthy looking nails, constant sinus issues and a feeling of being physically “heavy”.
Candida: Candida is a yeast-like fungal organism. It is normal to have small amounts of it in the intestinal tract. If a person has healthy intestinal heath then an overgrowth of yeast usually does not occur. But when there is an increase of bacteria and other organisms then and overgrowth of yeast or candida occurs which is called candidiasis. The host usually starts to suffer with intestinal yeast and a reoccurring yeast infection any part of the body.
A compromised immune system can cause candida yeast overgrowth: Things like fast food, birth control pills, a diet consisting of high acidic foods, stress, hormone imbalances, overuse of antibiotics & steroids, environmental toxins and chronic illness can cause candida yeast overgrowth or candidiasis. The harmful fungus that starts to grow multiplies rapidly in the intestines and if not eliminated can enter the entire body causing havoc. This is called “Systemic Candidiasis”.
Our stool test kits includes an area that identifies if there is a yeast overgrowth due to a nutritional deficiency. This part which is considered the yeast test will identify if your symptoms may be caused by intestinal mold, yeast overgrowth, or Candida and how much there is. Our health practitioner will send you a protocol to help guide you back towards optimal health and wellness through dietary changes and/or nutritional supplements.
Harmful Bacteria Test
Sometimes nutritional deficiencies or poor eating habits enable harmful bacteria to grow. These bacteria can cause various symptoms of irritable bowel or upset stomach. Once identified if this is a concern, we can suggest a protocol to enhance the elimination of bad bacteria and encourage good bacteria growth instead.
Testimony
I sought Alane's help for gas, bloating and weight gain. No one could find what was wrong with my stomach and why I was gaining so much weight. I did her stool panel and I was so surprised to find nutritional imbalances that led to several harmful bacteria and a parasite in me! She identified two food intolerances including gluten.
My symptoms are getting better, thank you!
